Kelly S. Hassberger, Naturopathic Doctor graduated with a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, with highest honors, from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in July of 2011. She then went on to complete a 1-year general medicine residency in Naturopathic Medicine at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine Medical Center. She has always had a passion for medicine and through growing up in a household that opened her up to the power of a healthy, loving, fulfilling life, she found her passion in Naturopathic Medicine. With this passion, she opened Grand Rapids Natural Health in 2012 and has become an active speaker and advocate for Naturopathic Medicine in the Grand Rapids community.
Kelly is the co-founder of InspiredlifeGR, a two-day health and wellness conference held annually in Grand Rapids, and created to inspire the West Michigan community to transform their lives and become their healthiest self. She is also a contributor to Medicine Talk, a non-profit organization providing education, seminars, and programming on Naturopathic Medicine to the general public.
Kelly is passionate about creating access to Naturopathic and Functional Medicine for the greater Michigan community. She is the past president of the Michigan Association of Naturopathic Physicians (MANP) and continues to work diligently with this association to achieve licensure for Naturopathic Physicians in Michigan. She is also an active member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP).
Kelly is the current owner and director of Grand Rapids Natural Health and is not taking new patients at this time, but has developed a team of collaborative practitioners whom she strongly believes in and trusts for all Grand Rapids Natural Health client’s needs.

Marketing Specialist, Community Outreach Director, Office Assistant
Jennifer Bumstead graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Photography with a Communications emphasis from Grand Valley State University in April of 2007. She then went on to open her own photography studio, Shutterbug Photography by Jen. After becoming a mother she became more aware of what she was putting in her body and on her body and that of her child. In 2015 she joined forces with Health Coach and friend, Audrey Byker, as well as two other partners, creating Teach Learn Grow TG in hopes of bringing more health & nutrition education into the classrooms of West Michigan with the Tower Garden. In 2016 she received her Health Coaching certification in pregnancy, pediatrics, and family nutrition from Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. Her passion for creativity, business management, and natural health led her to Grand Rapids Natural Health where she found her calling as our Marketing Specialist.
Jen is a past board member and photographer for the American Marketing Association Association of West Michigan. She continues to work diligently to implement the skills she has acquired over the years at Grand Rapids Natural Health as well as continuing with her photography services as the GRNH in-house photographer.

Jill Kain is the Office Manager of Grand Rapids Natural Health, where she ensures that daily operations run smoothly. She is responsible for all office procedures and uses her organizational skills to meet the request of patients and our practitioners efficiently and effectively. Jill’s mission is to contribute to outstanding patient care by putting the patient’s needs foremost throughout their wellness journey at Grand Rapids Natural Health.
Prior to Grand Rapids Natural Health, Jill worked as a CNA at Holland Home, but her love for holistic health care inspired her to seek a career where she could immerse herself in it. Jill hold a BS in Biomedical Science and is currently perusing her Masters of Health Administration at Grand Valley State University. In her spare time, Jill enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle outdoors, spending time with her family, and volunteering within the community.
